The Real Santa

Every Year the Christ Child comes again ... Here it is, of course
Christmas, in original Santa Claus, Santa or just "Ssääanna" how to pronounce it in the broadest American. (I kan n not, but the boys - oh boy)

Santa pursues us sch on for weeks. In the Princeton YMCA each day care child was photographed on his lap - whether it wanted to or not. The event "Swimming With Santa" at the local indoor pool we would not even participate, if we had wanted - she was immediately booked. And at our last trip to New York, we were barely emerged from the underground Penn Station , since we were born on the 7th Avenue egen hundreds of Santas and women Missed . Even live Christmas trees were there, gorgeous forged ückt and machines with light Ster on the head tip. All singing loudly and "Ho Ho Ho" calling u nd best of moods.

But of course, were all imitations. Where the right Santa Claus is even, white NORAD, the North American air and space defense command. From his headquarters in Colorado is the command of Father Christmas is always on the trail
- even in German. (. When I last looked, he was in Perth, Australia, and his next stop should be the Christmas Island) And where America's Santa Claus comes from, is for those interested in history read here - at the North Pole of the World Wide Web.

A major disappointment was against Santas www.claus.com website. There should be supposed to be his "naughty and nice rate" to test - that is, to find out he whether it was more or less honest and has any chance that Santa Claus comes to a home. And if you all clicked expectantly - is the information: " website is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance Please come back soon.." What? Maintenance work on Christmas Eve? Yes, what helps me because my Artigkeitsrate to Sylvester?

Since we prefer to rely on our real
San ta Claus. We are firmly convinced that he is - even if it disguises itself with a uniform of the U.S. mail, shaved his beard and the telltale white deck with Brian used. But he brings us all our Weihnachstkarten and packages. He is the nicest person you could ever imagine. He never has a bad mood, even if it rains and storms and strikes the engine of his car post for the fifth time in a month. And the best part is: He's coming all year.

Here he is: Brian, the mailman - of all of you can greet warmly, "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year" wishes ...

... is what I am doing well, too good German: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
