- For Item 4: Construction of a four rapid Children's flu site
was Resolved,
. The council agreed that the administration is the necessary first steps for planning a children's flu site on the land:
- Fl.Nr. 125/62, subdivision Heimstetten; between Karl Höller Way and Robert Heger-way or between Wendelsteinstraße and Mayor Hausladen Street with a land size of 1969 square meters.
- Fl.Nr. 100/16 (near Habichtweg, 3568 square meters), 100 (near Bajuwarenstraße, 16 666 sqm, 99 (near Bajuwarenstraße, 3857 square meters), respectively Heimstetten district.
The Terrain on the so-called JUZ lawn is for legal reasons for the establishment of a children's flu as the location of the question.

Item 7: Request of Chamber of Agriculture: Non-introduction of a road development fee statutes
After heated discussion the request was rejected by 10:15 votes. The Chamber of Agriculture is continuing to oppose such a statute.
