Planning process clubhouse Merovingian court and KSC association building resumes - Can the community afford it at all?

At the request of the CSU to the planning process for the clubhouse in the KSC (Merovingian court) will be resumed. First estimates for renovation and construction of a functional association home amount to about 1.6 million euros. Add to that the (virtual) cost of municipal land.
KSC itself generated last year a deficit and can not provide any funds. Does the community subsidize the clubs are really 100%? Just a few months the issue of street development fee statutes stood in the council for discussion. Here, the neighboring citizens for the expansion and complete renovation of roads will have to pay, even though these taxes with enough be charged.
The clubs have to act responsible in the future. It is unacceptable that one generates deficits and over again asking the community for subsidies. The council will need it every €. Certainly satisfy the clubs and social services. For this they receive annual funding anyway.

long term, we must consider whether to afford Kirchheim two major sports venues can. Just the maintenance costs consume a lot of money. A consolidation and better utilization of a sports facility would be a solution, you could do In theory study. was decided
